DAHLGREN, Va. – For the first time, Tech Wizards, Inc. (TWI) will be exhibiting its lightweight, high-fidelity Virtual Maintenance Trainers (VMTs) at Military Virtual Training & Simulation Summit (MVT&SS) in Orlando, FL, February 5th and 6th.

TWI’s VMTs have gained recognition for increasing maintenance proficiency while reducing training costs by simulating and emulating Tactical Training Equipment (TTE) in a virtual environment. These solutions enable sailors to gain hands-on experience in a realistic, risk-free environment, reenforcing procedural maintenance compliance.

One of the standout features of TWI’s VMTs is the integration of Open Distributed Instruction for the Navy (ODIN), an advanced real time tracking system that monitors student actions. This feature allows instructors to provide tailored feedback for each trainee. Thus, enhancing training efficiency and student proficiency.

“We are excited to participate in the Military Virtual Training & Simulation Summit for the first time,” said Kenneth Clark, President of Tech Wizards. “Our training solutions align with the summits 2025 goal of advancing the DoD’s ability to deliver hyper-realistic virtual environments. By integrating high-fidelity simulations with adaptive learning tools, we are committed to enhancing warfighter readiness and operational effectiveness.”

Tech Wizards welcomes MVT&SS attendees to stop by the exhibit and discover how its innovative training solutions are shaping the future of maintenance training.

I ran my own background check just to be safe before starting a side gig, and was shocked to find a misdemeanor listed that I’d never even been charged with. Total error from a third-party reporting agency. Apparently, they pulled info from someone with a similar name and didn’t bother verifying it. It took weeks to dispute and fix, even though I had proof. These background check companies don’t always update their data, and mistakes like that can seriously mess with your opportunities. This article explains how those errors happen and what to look out for: https://peoplemanagingpeople.com/recruitment/background-check-errors/. Honestly, more people should double-check their own records — you never know what’s hiding in there.
