Tech Wizards to Demonstrate LOKI AI/ML Algorithm at I/ITSEC 2025

Orlando, Fla. – Tech Wizards, Inc. (TWI) will demonstrate Learning Optimization through Knowledge Insights (LOKI), its new Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) student-performance algorithm, at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) from December 1^st – 4^th, 2025. TWI will also feature its Virtual Maintenance Trainers (VMTs) and Virtual Operator Trainers (VOTs) at Booth #1429.

TWI is a long-standing provider to the U.S. Navy’s Surface Training Program (STP), delivering more than 30 VMTs and VOTs used across schoolhouses, shipboard environments, and deployed settings. After years of developing scalable virtual training solutions, TWI now expands its capabilities with LOKI. The AI/ML algorithm transforms data from any xAPI-enabled product into actionable insights that enhance instructor decision-making and accelerate sailor proficiency.

Aligned with the Chief of Naval Operations’ (CNO) call to “strengthen the Foundry, deliver to the Fleet, and win the Fight”, LOKI enhances readiness by giving instructors clear, data-driven visibility into sailor performance. By measuring Key Performance Areas (KPAs), identifying early performance gaps, and generating AI-driven insights, LOKI strengthens the Foundry with evidence-based training decisions. These insights accelerate qualification timelines, ensure sailors arrive at the Fleet fully prepared, and reduce the risk of performance issues becoming operational challenges.
