DAHLGREN, Va. – Tech Wizards, Inc. (TWI) will exhibit its Virtual Maintenance Trainers (VMTs) at the Training and Simulation Industry Symposium (TSIS) 2025, scheduled for June 17-18 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

TSIS is an annual event that brings together the Modeling, Simulation, and Training (MS&T) community and procurement officials from the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force. Attendees will receive updates on acquisition strategies, program funding timelines, and upcoming contracting opportunities.

TWI’s VMTs are program of record training systems in the Chief of Naval Operations Surface Warfare Directorate’s Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE) portfolio that provides high-fidelity, lightweight virtual environments that simulate shipboard systems. VMTs enable sailors to learn system-specific maintenance procedures, build knowledge and skill proficiency, and train on complex or infrequent maintenance procedures at any time, from any location.

VMT capabilities range from instructor-led virtual classrooms with boundless fault injections to shipboard troubleshooting distance support that allows Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs) to assist in resolving complex combat system casualties in near-real time greatly increasing system availability of operation (Ao) and reducing cost.

TWI will present its VMT capabilities at booth #5 and discuss how its adaptable training solutions can support maintenance readiness initiatives across additional Department of Defense (DoD) sectors.

“We look forward to engaging with TSIS attendees and discussing how our VMTs can enhance maintenance training across the DoD,” said Mike Conceicao, Vice President of Tech Wizards. “Our goal is to support mission readiness through flexible, cost-effective training solutions that deliver measurable results.”
