Tech Wizards to Exhibit AI/ML Training Solutions Supporting 250 Years of Surface Warfare Excellence at SNA 38TH National Symposium

Crystal City, Va. – Tech Wizards, Inc. (TWI) will showcase its advanced virtual training solutions at the Surface Navy Association (SNA) 38th National Symposium, taking place January 13^th to 15^th 2026, in Crystal City, Virginia. In alignment with this year’s theme, “Surface Warfare: Combat Ready Warfighters for 250 Years,” TWI will demonstrate how its data-driven training solutions continue the Navy’s legacy of combat readiness by preparing today’s sailors for tomorrow’s fight. For 20 years, TWI has supported the U.S. Navy’s mission by delivering training solutions that evolve in response to operational demands. As a long-standing provider to the Surface Training Program (STP) TWI has delivered more than 30 Virtual Maintenance Trainers (VMTs) and Virtual Operator Trainers (VOTs) used across schoolhouses and shipboard environments. Building on this foundation, TWI’s Learning Optimization through Knowledge Insights (LOKI) AI/ML algorithm transforms data from xAPI-enabled training systems into actionable insights that enhance instructor decision-making, accelerate sailor proficiency, and strengthen training outcomes. By measuring Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and identifying performance trends, LOKI enables evidence-based training decisions that reduce qualification timelines and ensure sailors arrive at the Fleet ready to execute.

Aligned with Surface Navy priorities and the Chief of Naval Operations’ “Foundry, Fleet, Fight” initiative, LOKI supports the development of sailors by providing instructors with insights into performance and readiness across virtual training environments.
