Description: 

• Provide the Naval Air Warfare Command Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) a significant body of new functionality to the existing Tactical Data Links (TDL) Training Device​

• Follow the NAWCTSD Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process​

• Support integration of current Remote Control Indicator (RCI) and Virtual Control Indicator (VCI) Identify Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) simulations into the TDL trainer
