Tech Wizards Attending 2022 I/ITSEC
DAHLGREN, Va. – For the first time in its 17 years of attendance, Tech Wizards, Inc. (TWI) will be hosting live giveaways and demonstrations of its award-winning Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT) at the 2022 Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) in Orlando, Fla.
“Tech Wizards invites everyone who attends I/ITSEC to booth 1612,” said TWI Director of Technology Kenneth Allwine ahead of the conference, which will be held from Nov. 28 – Dec. 2. “Watch us perform a demonstration and try the simulation for yourself on a laptop in our I/ITSEC classroom. After each demo we will give away a YETI and other prizes.”
TWI will demonstrate how the company is taking action to accelerate change and transform training by replacing tactical training equipment (TTE) with the VMT as its virtual twin.
“Our VMTs utilize a sophisticated method of tracking replaceable components down to the wire and pin, called state machine technology,” said Allwine. “The state machine brings the VMT to life by allowing infinite, repeatable, and reusable training scenarios that eliminate bottlenecks. Future training scenarios can also be created based on fleet feedback.”
The lightweight, high fidelity, 3D VMT makes it possible for students to train anytime, anywhere, at any skill level — slashing training costs while increasing the number of sets and repetitions students can perform.
TWI will receive a Made with Unity award at the Unity Customer Awards Gala on Monday, Nov. 28, 2022, for its exceptional use of Unity, the 3D development platform, in developing its VMTs.
