Tech Wizard’s Features Training Innovation at I/ITSEC 2024

DAHLGREN, Va. — Tech Wizards, Inc. (TWI), a leader in innovative virtual training solutions, is excited to announce its participation at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) 2024. The event will take place in Orlando, Fla., from December 2nd to December 6th, where TWI will showcase its Virtual Maintenance Trainers (VMTs) at booth #1429.

TWI’s VMTs have revolutionized maintenance training through their lightweight, high-fidelity virtual simulations of Tactical Training Equipment (TTE). Designed for classroom use, TWI's VMTs provide a virtual environment where students can practice infinite sets and repetitions of maintenance procedures, increasing student proficiency while lowering costs.

TWI is currently expanding the capabilities of its VMTs to go beyond the classroom. Recently deployed on two ships, TWI's VMTs are being utilized as distance support tools for Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs). These tools have served as knowledge-expansion resources, enabling technicians to refresh skills on infrequent or complex maintenance procedures, ensuring operational readiness.

TWI continues to drive innovation forward. Through a recently awarded Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) contract, by exploring the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into its VMTs. These technologies aim to address gaps in student understanding and provide tailored training solutions that enhance learning outcomes to improve overall readiness.
