NAVSEA SeaPort-Enhanced Contract
Introduction
Tech Wizards is proud to be a NAVSEA SeaPort-e Prime Contractor. Tech Wizards SeaPort-e Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (N00178-06-D-4891) allows participating military customers to simplify procurement, expedite purchasing, and reduce costs.
Team Members
Tech Wizards has established teaming agreements with Wyle Laboratories, Inc., Lockheed Martin, Enterprise Data Solutions, Inc. (EDSi), and Zekiah Technologies, Inc. to institute a solid foundation of Navy based experience in engineering and support services. Tech Wizards is committed in continuing to establish strategic partnerships and working side-by-side in a collaborative environment with team members to provide cost-effective well-rounded engineering solutions and services to the Navy.
Capabilities
Tech Wizards is a small business that was formed with the goal of providing quality software engineering and support services to the government and commercial arenas. With its highly experienced technical team, Tech Wizards provides a vast array of quality software engineering and support services that encompasses the full system life cycle realm. Tech Wizards possesses the expertise to address many system issues, and provide effective solutions to meet the particular needs of its customers. The Tech Wizards' employee base has a proven technical background with several Navy programs, and can undertake the project management, design, development, implementation, integration, and testing of complete systems. In addition, Tech Wizards has the experience of recommending hardware and suppliers as well as engineering the overall system. The management team at Tech Wizards believes that quality should be an integral part of the technology service industry.

Quality Assurance
A well-developed system engineering process is key for guaranteeing outstanding quality engineering, technical and programmatic support services. Tech Wizards embraces a corporate quality structure that is applied to all Tech Wizards program and task activities. Tech Wizards approach incorporates tailored versions of standard practices such as: Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMP), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Capitalizing these three tools for each task order allows us to incorporate scalable, expandable products/systems based on potential technology insertion; the need for interoperability; and the desire to provide common equipment for multiple requirements and applications. Using these proven, disciplined approaches, the Tech Wizards team can deliver a range of quality technical solutions to the customer.
Zone Participation
NAVSEA selected a regional "zone" approach for SeaPort-e program participants in order to preserve the local vendor base that currently supports Navy ordering activities, encourage small business participation, reduce the need for complicated teaming arrangements, and ensure adequate competition for all requirements in all zones.
